The Short List for publication in our second 'Gem Street' anthology will be announcd here on 10th March. Of the 30 stories originally selected for the Long List, the above 27 will now go forward for consideration.
We regret to say that 3 stories were disqualified due to their being previously published, contrary to the rule clearly stated in the Submissions Guidelines.
Our ethos is one of fairness and collaboration. We may be a Small Press but our desire is to give as many writers as possible an opportunity to have their work published. Our work is truly a labour of love. It's very dissapointing when, in their desperation to be published, some writers don't respect this.
Again, congratulations to each of you on the Long List.
